On the morning of Saturday 21st May, James Cartlidge MP attended the Hadleigh Show. After the show James said, "I would like to offer a huge congratulations to the team for another fantastic event.

It was a pleasure to visit Chelmondiston and Tattingstone Primary Schools, and to see the fantastic new play area at Tattingstone that has been built with funding from last year's Alton Water run.

James visited the Noah's Ark Nursery Group in Bures alongside District Councillor Lee Parker.

James visited Cockfield CEVC Primary school and met with the inspiring staff and pupils. He was also introduced to Jessica Scott and Bez Baker who are cycling from Land's End to John O'Groat's in June to raise money for the school.

James joined the celebrations for the 1st birthday of this already much-loved local charity

James met with Jeremy Fry, MD of thriving local business Specflue Ltd.

James was delighted to visit Pot Kiln Primary School in Great Cornard and meet pupils, teachers and the Chair of Governors.

I was honoured to be asked to open the Sudbury Business Expo, organised by thebestof Sudbury. It was a great event and fantastic to meet all the exhibitors!

I had a wonderful evening celebrating the Queen's 90th birthday with residents of Capel St Mary. It was a great honour to light the beacon and to sign the birthday book. Happy Birthday Your Majesty!

James was thrilled to visit Alton Water for the first heat of the Alton Rowing Club Spring Head Series, and to award the prizes to the very worthy winners.
