In the wake of the announcement that the Delphi plant in Sudbury would be closing, I convened the South Suffolk Taskforce to look at how we could make our local economy as competitive and prosperous as possible.
In order to fully assess the state of the local economy in Sudbury, I would like to invite local businesses to an open forum and networking session in Sudbury Town Hall on Friday 7th September, 10:30-12:00.
There will be the opportunity to discuss the opportunities and limitations that local businesses feel there are in Sudbury and beyond.
I would be very grateful if you could let me know whether you would be interested in attending this session by emailing me at james.cartlidge.mp@parliament.uk or calling my office on 020 7219 4875.
Whether you are able to attend or not, I would be very interested to hear your feedback and it would be very useful if you could complete and return the attached survey.
